La Torre alle Tolfe is a Tuscan paradise. The family-owned estate just outside Siena boasts a successful overnight tourism business, restaurant, and winery, surrounded by a rolling green sprawl of vineyards, olive groves, and woodland.
While volunteering there as an olive harvest intern in November 2022, I provided consultation for their burgeoning olive oil business and developed assets including:
a user-friendly model that the team can use year after year to track costs, volumes, and determine retail pricing
a program outline for a direct to consumer subscription model
a 12-month sample content calendar for email newsletter subscribers
final print files for an educational and advertorial booklet highlighting la Torre alle Tolfe olive oil (copywriting and design; photography not my own)
