(a Swiss-army knife marketer, if you will.)

Hi! I’m Sydney Toth.

A lifelong passion and curiosity for food and beverage has led me around the world wearing many different hats. I’ve been a restaurant manager in Los Angeles, the head of marketing for legacy wineries in Napa and Sonoma, a cook in Kentucky, and an agritourism worker in rural Italy and the U.K. Each of these experiences has contributed to a deep understanding of the many facets of the food and beverage world, from farming and sourcing to operations, branding, and sales.

I’ve helped build brands from the ground up, and I’ve helped legacy brands refresh their messaging to match evolving audiences and goals.

I’ve worked with corporate teams spread across the U.S., family-owned businesses in their 50th year, and teams of two drafting ideas for their dream project.

I’ve been the sole marketing employee in a small food and wine business, and I’ve been an agency freelancer for hyperlocal and luxury brands alike.

I’ve worked in the industry as a cook, baker, grower, server, bartender, front-of-house manager, and wine educator.

I’ve supported the industry as a brand manager, branding consultant, designer, content creator, and writer.

The world of food & beverage is dynamic, multifaceted, and cross-disciplinary – that’s why I love it. We both know this means you need marketing and branding support that reflects this complexity and energy – without the steep overhead of a traditional agency, and without juggling multiple individual freelancers.

Bet you can guess what’s next…

That’s where we (I) come in. Neyto is currently a team of one hardworking generalist– that’s me! – with a global network of creative contributors. Think of Neyto as your own tailor-made mini-agency.

Neyto offers a full à la carte menu of services:

  • consulting (operations, marketing, menu, design… let’s talk)

  • brand building

  • messaging/marketing strategy

  • content creation

  • copywriting

  • collateral design and production

  • SOP development/documentation

  • et cetera…

I pride myself on transparency, organization, and communication – whatever your project and whatever your goals, we’ll work together to create a proposal and scope of work that works for your business.

Helping small businesses bring better food and wine experiences to the world is my raison d’être. If you have an idea, a problem, or a project that needs attention, let’s chat.
